Design2net is looking for a web developer to join our web development team.
Requirements:
Technical Knowledge:
- General programming knowledge on at least one of the following: Visual Basic, C++, PHP, ASP (Active Server Pages), CFM (Cold Fusion), PHP, or .NET
- General Database Knowledge on at least one of the following:
- Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL, or MySQL.
- Aware of W3C Standards and Specifications and best practices.
- Aware of Cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
- Excellent Web Browser and Internet usage skills.
Desired:
- Intermediate+ programming experience one at least one of the following web development areas: ASP (Active Server Pages), CFM (Cold Fusion), PHP, .NET
- Intermediate+ database experience one at least one of the following engines: MS Access, MS SQL, MySQL
- Basic+ knowledge of: HTML, CSS, AJAX, Java, JavaScript, XML, DHTML, WAP
- Hand coding experience.
- Web Site Design.
- Bilingual.
Education:
- At least 1yr+ of University / College studies
Personal Skills:
- Fast Learner.
- Excellent Communication and Problem Solving Skills.
- Hard Worker.
- Able to function independently and still work well in a team oriented environment.
- Must be able to take initiative to be productive and efficient.
Other Useful Skills:
- General knowledge of Photoshop
- General knowledge of Dreamweaver / Homesite
- Server Administration: Windows 2000, 2003
- Server Services Administration: + IIS, DNS, MAIL, FTP
